Terms of service

Last updated: May 16, 2026. These terms govern your use of Gofer.support and the GoFER product offered by CV Nusa Dewata Digital (Nusa Digital). They are written in plain English and are not legal advice.

Agreement

By accessing gofer.support, creating an account, or using GoFER, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy policy. If you use GoFER on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not use our websites or products.

Our services

Nusa Digital provides digital problem-solving services. GoFER is our software for customer conversations—including web chat, WhatsApp and other channels, optional voice, knowledge bases, AI-assisted replies, human handoff, and CRM integrations—typically offered as a multi-tenant subscription.

Features, limits (such as conversation volume, AI tokens, and crawl schedules), and pricing are described on gofer.support/pricing and in your order or workspace plan. We may change features with reasonable notice where required.

Accounts and workspaces

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for inviting users with appropriate roles.
  • Each workspace is isolated; you must not attempt to access another tenant’s data.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use GoFER for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or harassing activity.
  • Send spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Probe or breach our systems, bypass rate limits, or scrape the service except via documented APIs.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated messages as human where law or your industry requires disclosure.
  • Use the service in regulated contexts (e.g. emergency services, medical diagnosis) without appropriate compliance and human oversight.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted in writing.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate in your workspace (messages, knowledge, campaigns, contacts). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve GoFER, comply with law, and as described in the Privacy policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process end-customer data, providing required notices, and honoring data subject requests. When you connect third-party channels or CRMs, their terms also apply.

AI and automated replies

GoFER may generate suggested or automated responses using AI and your knowledge base. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You must configure escalation, review high-risk topics, and supervise use in line with your business and legal obligations.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, unbiased, or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for what is sent to your customers.

Subscriptions, trials, and usage

  • Paid plans, free tiers, and trials are described at signup and on our pricing page.
  • Usage beyond included limits may incur additional charges or require a plan upgrade.
  • Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed; taxes may apply.
  • Refunds are handled according to your order form or our published refund policy at the time of purchase.
  • You may cancel according to workspace billing settings; access may continue until the end of the paid period.

Third-party services

GoFER integrates with messaging providers, CRMs, analytics, payment processors, and AI infrastructure operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or acts. Your use of those services is subject to their agreements.

Intellectual property

We own GoFER, the gofer.support sites, trademarks, documentation, and underlying software. Except for the limited rights granted in these terms, no license is implied. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care. We implement security measures described on gofer.support/security-policy; you are responsible for securing your accounts and devices.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUSA DIGITAL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of GoFER, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to your subscription or with notice where no paid term applies. We may suspend access immediately for breach or risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; export and deletion are handled as described in the Privacy policy and your plan.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Surabaya, Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

We prefer to resolve disputes informally first—contact hello@gofer.support before formal proceedings.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice on the site or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
