GoFER

Integrations

Your stack stays yours—GoFER meets it in the middle

We connect inbound channels, calendars, and your CRM without asking you to rip out HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. Webhooks and a REST API cover the long tail when a native connector is not on the list yet.

Native connectors and webhooks share one orchestration model.

CRM

System of record stays the CRM

GoFER orchestrates conversations; your CRM keeps contacts, deals, and reporting. When integrations are enabled, leads, notes, and stage changes flow both ways—so reps never re-type a WhatsApp thread.

HubSpot

Available

Contacts, notes, and pipeline stages sync when the integration is connected in workspace settings.

  • Contacts
  • Notes
  • Deal stages

Salesforce

Available

Map leads and activities to your existing objects. Field mapping is configured per workspace.

  • Leads
  • Activities
  • Custom fields

Pipedrive

Available

Deals and persons stay authoritative in Pipedrive; GoFER attaches conversation context.

  • Persons
  • Deals
  • Notes

Channels

One inbox for how customers actually reach you

WhatsApp, your marketing site, and other messaging surfaces feed the same thread model—bot or human, with a shared audit trail before anything hits the CRM.

WhatsApp Business

Available

Meta Cloud API webhooks, structured flows, and human takeover from the dashboard.

  • Inbound messages
  • Templates
  • Handoff

Web chat widget

Available

Single embed snippet for marketing sites—WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or raw HTML.

  • Live chat
  • Knowledge-backed replies

Facebook Messenger

Available

Connect a Meta app to route Messenger threads through the same orchestration layer.

  • Inbound DMs
  • Agent takeover

Voice

Calls with the same paper trail as chat

Production setups use Vapi (or a compatible voice provider). Scripts, consent language, and outcome tags can sync back like chat—so sales ops is not guessing what was promised on a call.

Vapi

Available

Inbound and outbound call flows with transcripts stored on the conversation record.

  • Call events
  • Transcripts
  • Escalation

Scheduling

Book slots without leaving the conversation

Connect a calendar so GoFER can check real-time availability and confirm appointments in chat or WhatsApp. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically—no back-and-forth email chains.

Google Calendar

Available

OAuth connect per workspace. Busy times stay in sync; booked slots block availability for the assistant.

  • Availability
  • Bookings
  • Reminders

Microsoft Outlook

Available

Office 365 and Outlook.com calendars use the same booking flow as Google—one scheduling model across providers.

Commerce

Answer product questions from live catalog data

Connect a storefront, CMS, or your own front end so the assistant reads live catalog and site content—not a FAQ doc that went stale last quarter.

Shopify

Available

Product catalog and order context for chat on Shopify storefronts.

  • Products
  • Inventory
  • Orders

CMS

Available

Ingest pages and posts from WordPress, Sanity, Contentful, or other headless CMS into the knowledge base—replies match what is published on the site.

  • Pages
  • Posts
  • Scheduled sync

Custom code

Available

Embed our chat snippet on any site, or drive conversations from your app via the REST API and webhooks—full control over UI and when chat opens.

  • Embed JS
  • REST API
  • Events

Developers

API-first when you outgrow the catalog

Signed webhooks, idempotent handlers, and structured logs are first-class—so your engineers extend GoFER without fragile glue code.

Webhooks

Available

Subscribe to conversation, lead, and handoff events. Verify signatures on every delivery.

  • Outbound events
  • Retries
  • Signing

REST API

Available

Tenant-scoped API for custom dashboards, internal tools, and bespoke CRM stacks.

  • Auth
  • Tenant context
  • OpenAPI

Custom CRM / data warehouse

Available

Not on the list? We map fields with your team or push events to your warehouse via webhooks.

  • Field mapping
  • Webhooks
  • Warehouse export

What actually syncs

  • Inbound chat or voice creates or updates a contact in your CRM when mapping is enabled
  • Transcripts and outcome tags attach to the contact or deal—not a separate silo
  • Human takeover does not start a new thread; the CRM sees one continuous conversation
  • Token usage and channel health stay in GoFER; revenue reporting stays in your CRM

Common questions

Do I need every integration on day one?
No. Most pilots connect one channel (WhatsApp or web chat) and one CRM. Add voice or commerce when the first loop is proven.
Can we use webhooks instead of a native CRM connector?
Yes. Many teams start with webhooks into an internal system, then turn on HubSpot or Salesforce when field mapping is signed off.
Who handles OAuth and token refresh?
GoFER stores channel and CRM credentials per workspace. Reconnect flows live in workspace settings—see the FAQ if WhatsApp disconnects after a Meta change.
